DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

Coffee + Candles Home Fragrance is an online boutique specializing in luxury home fragrance products. At this time, we do not operate a retail storefront.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@coffeeandcandlesllc.com.

While we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR CORPORATE ORDERS?

Yes. We welcome inquiries for corporate gifting, event favors, client gifts, and larger quantity purchases.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

Absolutely.

If your order is a gift, simply leave your message at checkout and we'll include a handwritten note to make the experience even more special.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.

We currently offer:
• Free Shipping on orders over $75
• Flat Rate Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Coffee + Candles Home Fragrance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a claim. If you need assistance locating your tracking information, please reach out to us.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@coffeeandcandlesllc.com and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions prior to purchasing.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE OF?

Our candles are thoughtfully crafted using a premium coconut-soy wax blend and feature either wooden or cotton wicks for a clean, even burn.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED BURN TIME?

7.4 oz Candle — Approximately 45 Hours

10 oz Candle — Approximately 60 Hours

14 oz Candle — Approximately 90 Hours

ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES SAFE?

Yes.

Our fragrance products are formulated in accordance with standards established by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Every fragrance is carefully selected to provide a high-quality home fragrance experience.
